Everything Wrong with my Tesla Model 3 | Quality Control Issues

Everyone knows that Tesla has a reputation for quality control issues with their cars, so in this video I step through all of the problems I have noticed on my 2019 Tesla Model 3 after 10 months of ownership.

Have you had a similar experience with your own car? Are these issues acceptable to you or do you expect more for the price?

Appreciate the video. Maybe I'll wait a few years before considering Tesla...

Hi there. Thanks for your video. I orginally had problems where I could not close the doors easily. I believe by now Tesla service center has fixed those issues. Current PROBLEM is the following. My driver door when opening does not lower the window so you can not close the door. Did you or anyone else have this issue and perhaps how was it solved???? Thanks

My 2013 Honda Accord has had zero issues in 7 years! Nothing but oil changes and one set of tires! Fit and finish was perfect and still is.

Honda certainly makes a great car, my first car was a 2000 Accord, which I had for 6 years and loved. If cost is king, then something like that is likely going to be cheap, reliable and well built... but definitely lacking in the fun, tech, and zero emission categories.

@MAGA Guess you'll have to stick around the channel then. I plan to provide as much info as possible on how they hold up in cold winters and tough conditions.

Only time will tell how they hold up! I'm definitely curious to see what a Tesla looks like after 15 or 20 years of use.

@Zack Tripp i love tesla ideas,,, just too bad that they cant make it onto metal well... 100 years of making cars in the world and they cant find some people to tell them how to do it ,, its like the old saying,, they are the smartest dumb people

This is true, it's definitely something Tesla needs to work on. The JD Power Initial Quality Survey is a little weird though, as it counts any complaint (even design related) from those surveyed. For example, if you reported that a navigation function was confusing, that would count as a flaw in initial quality. Same if your phone wouldn't connect with Bluetooth, that would count against the car but might be an issue with your phone. That said, no way Tesla would be near the top in this survey even if these design related things were not counted.

Hell yeah I'll deal with a tiny rattle once in a while in exchange for a car that drives itself!
